The message box name will be "Guardian - [School name]" and "Student - [School name]".These names are created automatically and named like this because all parents at the school or kindergarten can send messages to this message box. You can change the display name later.

For schools without IMS synchronization, message box will in some cases be automatically generated on groups in the new school year. Select Message boxes(1) from the menu and go to "SMS number" to check the number of your school
Step 4: Enter the school academic events into the system so that guardians can see the school calendar in their app.
If the school event is entered, the guardian will see the school route when the app opens. It will look like this.
Step 5: register consents so that consent can be obtained electronically
With the system, consent can be obtained electronically from parents.
Parents will be notified that the school wishes to obtain consent:
Employees get an up-to-date overview of consents given, also on their mobile phones.
