You can create your own mailbox as well as edit mailboxes that are imported from the school administration system.
Open "Mailboxes settings" on menu item (1) and tap other message boxes for your school (2) and select "Mailboxes" (3):
Existing custom message boxes are listed under "Custom mailboxes" (4). New custom message groups are created by pressing "+" (5)
Custom mailboxes can e.g. be used to create a mailbox for an assistant for some students. Below is shown how to create a mailbox:
Note that two different names have been created for the administrator and for members. 'Display name for administrators' name will be the message box name shown users who are administrators of this mailbox. 'Display name for members' will be shown in the recipient picker functions when a member of this mailbox are composing a message.
After the message box is created (press SAVE above) tap the message box (1) to add administrators (teachers) and members (guardians)
Pressing "Edit Administrators" (1) to add employees that will receive messages sent to this mailbox. Clicking on "Add Members" (2) is to add member who can see and choose this box when composing a message.

You can also attach SMS codewords to the message box (if inbound SMS function is activated)
