When importing groups from the school administration system, groups that can be identified as student groups will be grouped under the section "Mailboxes for student groups". All other groups will be located under "Custom mailboxes"
For the parents to be able to send messages to e.g. teacher of class 1A, the mailbox must be activated (1) as shown above.
Next you must add the administrator (teachers) to the message box.
Parents with pupils associated with a class will now see the box name as possible recipient when sending messages.
