Activated message boxes can be edited by clicking on the message box:
In the "Parent - 1A" mailbox edit page shown below, the display names for member can be edited by pressing (1)
(2) shows which employees (called administrators) receive messages sent to this mailbox.
Press (3) to add additional administrators to the message group.
(4) shows which users (called members) receives messages sent from this mailbox. For mailbox for students, these will be linked to the classes. Since these messaging groups are associated with the classes, editing (5) must be done by editing the students in the class.
SMS codeword added to (6). available if inbound SMS function is activated.
The message box can be deleted on (7). When the message group is deleted, user get an option to move messages to another message group (for example, by merging classes). If messages are not moved to another message box, the messages will disappear when the message group is deleted
