Select the recipient
Message recipients can be added to a message by searching in the "to field" or by opening the recipient picker.
In recipient picker, recipients are organised in a hierarchy.
Select the sender's role
Users, who have multiple roles, must choose the relevant role when sending messages.
- If you choose your personal name as the sender, any responses you received will only be received by you.
- If you select "School Administration" as the sender role of the message, the sent message will be placed in "Sent Items" for school administration, and anyone who has the role of School Administration will have access to the message. If the message is answered, everyone who has the role of School Administration will receive the reply..
- The same applies if you choose the role "Contact teacher 9A" as the sender. Then other employees who also have the role of Contact teacher for 9A will also receive answers to the message.
You can add attachments to the message, use a message template or add questions into the message.

From the Sent Items folder you can see how the message has been delivered and who has read the message
It is possible to have the message translated by pressing the Google translating icon. This is available for both employees and guardians
If you have sent a message by mistake, the message may be recalled. When a message is recalled, the message title and message text will be replaced with the text "Deleted" and any attachment to the message will be removed from the message.
